(1/2 Chicken or Chopped) Hand-pulled chicken, smoked in out specially designed Bar-B-Que pits until tender and juicy. Served with 2 trimmings and Homemade corn bread.
Hickory smoked St. Louis-Style ribs (4-bone) over smoldering live hickory coals for 7 hours. Marinated a full 24 hours then topped with either our famous Carolina Southern Sauces or served dry with our blend of spices. Served with 2 trimmings & Homemade corn bread.
Our famous Carolina Bar-B-Que pork cooked over smoldering live hickory coals a full 24 hours, then hand-pulled and topped with our 1933 Southern Secret Recipe sauce, and St. Louis-Style ribs (2-bone) any style wet or dry. Served with 2 trimmings and Homemade corn bread.

The seasoned Hickory wood we use in our pits turns this meat slightly pink but also makes it very tender. It's then char-broiled over an open flame and served with our Southern Red Sauce.
This chicken is cooked in our Bar-B-Que pits, hand pulled and served with our Southern Red Sauce.
